Excellent with fractions

Similar to many other digital vernier callipers, easy to read and use. What sets this one apart is the ability to show the inch fractions. Giving inches as decimals doesn't really help anyone as they will want the inch / fraction measurement if they are working in inches, so this is the perfect solution.
Reading fractions from a mechanical calliper is also not the easiest thing for those of us used to working in metric
Quality is good, if not perfect, the edges are quite sharp. The plastic box feels a bit brittle but the foam insert holds the calliper perfectly and it doesn't rattle around. The screen is big and easy to read, the auto power off means you won't need the 2nd battery they deliver with it quite so soon.
It suits my needs perfectly.

Very "Chinesse" quality

They can make very nice things in China, even Apple does. However this is a bad example. Honestly, I've never seen a vernier caliper like this. It would probably serve its purpose. But the jaws have significant play around the slide axis and in general, the instrument doesn't feel right for a precision tool. My old Soviet caliper from the 80's was definitely of higher quality. I sent this one back.
